nice is silver!

The World Figure Skating Championships are this week, and yesterday Meryl Davis and Charlie White won the silver medal in ice dancing with a beautiful and joyous waltz!!! (It is because of them I've become interested in figure skating -- which in the past only captured my attention during the Winter Olympics -- and in particular a fan of their skating.)

They have so many lovely programs (see some of my favorites below), and I am excited to see what they do next season, :)

I'm a huge Virtue & Moir fan but I always like to root for Davis & White too. I like to think I'm on 'Team Canton', where both V/M, D/W train, along with the Shibutani siblings, under Shpilband and Zueva.

'Team Canton' -- I like that! I have been rooting for the Shibutani siblings this season, too. I think it is so neat that while all three teams have the same coaches, each team is unique.
