News for James D’Arcy/Mansfield Park fan(girl)s *wink*

Mr. D'Arcy, whose credits include Richard Powell in An American Haunting and 1st Lt. Tom Pullings in Master and Commander, will appear in the ITV drama Mansfield Park next year as the charming ne’er-do-well Tom Bertram. I am very excited about this casting. I think he will be great in the role.

Right-o!! I do not know just when it will broadcast in the UK. (I go to www.austenblog.com for all my info.) Most indications point to late spring 2007. Lucky. ;)

Sorry for rubbing it in, but when I have to wait for/download episodes of American TV like Supernatural and Grey's Anatomy, I get a bit smug about getting good British TV first. It makes a refreshing change. :D
